Our houseThis is what it looked like when we moved in, most rooms are now white or bare plaster, waiting to be white!

Similar FloorplanThis is a house over the road, they have altered the layout slightly but you can see where our backdoor would have been originally – it is now bricked up with kitchen units across it and we have a cupboard under the stairs with a boarded up window where the boiler lives.

EASIEST WAY TO GET A TOILET DOWNSTAIRS
Keep the walls (kitchen and dining) current kitchen close for the size of the toilet. Wall between current kitchen and dining open for the open plan.
PROS
- Easy solution – connection to existing drainage.
- Keeping most of the wall
CONS
- very limited size of the kitchen

CONSERVATORY
I suggest the new conservatory not being over the whole facade. Just over the dining room – that way you can have the fresh air in the kitchen.
And if you want something super special – I would suggest the conservatory in a modern shape and with the flat roof so eventually, you can have it as a terrace from your bedroom ♥
